Jackotel - Orleans

The family room was top-class and perfectly comfortable with great amenities such as shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

It was in a very central setting near by everything.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Extremely comfy bed and excellent location near the center. Close to town centre and Loire promenade, the old town and the centre near the cathedral which is very picturesque.

The venue is neat and fairly large with excellent and efficient staff members. Magnificent location near restaurants, museums, shops, Cathedral, the old centre in Orleans.

The family room was spacious and of excellent quality, featuring a large bathroom, a functioning fireplace, and a kettle.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

High-class and reasonably large units with a huge bathroom. Magnificent and perfect location in a nice quiet area, a short walk to a quiet square, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

It made my trip to Orleans a really good experience. Pleasant old-fashioned hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its family ambiance. 3. the location was good and lovely, relatively close to Museum of Fine Arts. 4. Everything was nice as expected.

Our room was spacious and had a bathroom along with a large fireplace.

The service here is good, including secure parking, with big units and a huge bathroom, and the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

This place is unique, tidy, reasonably large, modern, having welcoming staff who responded promptly to requests.

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short walk from the town center and close to the river. It was really nice to be able to explore the charming streets of the city and enjoy the beautiful views along the water. Another positive aspect was the free parking offered on-site. It was such a relief not having to worry about finding a parking spot in a busy city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable.

That there was no air conditioning in the room. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot during our stay in the winter, but I can imagine it being uncomfortable during the summer months.

Neat place with a Mediaeval style. Amiable and very helpful staff. - Central restaurant within the hotel. - Easy base for exploring Orleans.
