The family room was top-class and perfectly comfortable with great amenities such as shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

It was in a very central setting near by everything.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Extremely comfy bed and excellent location near the center. Close to town centre and Loire promenade, the old town and the centre near the cathedral which is very picturesque.

It made my trip to Orleans a really good experience. Pleasant old-fashioned hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its family ambiance. 3. the location was good and lovely, relatively close to Museum of Fine Arts. 4. Everything was nice as expected.

It was really nice to be able to explore the charming streets of the city and enjoy the beautiful views along the water. Another positive aspect was the free parking offered on-site. It was such a relief not having to worry about finding a parking spot in a busy city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable.

That there was no air conditioning in the room. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot during our stay in the winter, but I can imagine it being uncomfortable during the summer months.
